    Perfect custom charm!

    I reached out to the GLDN team for my late husband’s handwriting to go on this tag for a chart necklace I wear everyday. He always called me “woman” in an endearing way so they took his writing from a card he had written me and it’s perfect. I was so happy for their willingness to have the engraving on a smaller piece and love how it turned out!!

    Extraordinary Support

    When each new grandchild arrives, my children have been buying me tags for my necklace engraved with my grandchild's name and birth date. I had received six but when they tried to order a tag for our most recent arrival, they realized that the desired size had been discontinued by GLDN. I contacted GLDN customer support and was told they have some backup stock of the size I desired and how to order it. We special ordered one for the new arrival and a blank one for the next grandchild (due in September of this year). I am so very appreciative! Thank you GLDN team!
