Sizing Guide
  1. Find a tool to use (string, dental floss, headphone cord, measuring tape if you have it).
  2. Find the length by wrapping it around your neck and marking it (for pendants, imagine the jewelry lower, for suspended, it should be in line).
  3. Check the length against a ruler or lay it out flat and measure with a phone app.

Alternatively: Measure an existing necklace end to end with a ruler (most accurate) or a phone app (great if you don’t have a ruler handy).

Didn’t absolutely love your jewelry? Send it back for a refund (minus an $8 shipping & handling fee) within 30 days of your delivery date, processed 1-2 weeks after we receive your return.

Exchanges
Need a different size or want a totally different item? Send it back and we’ll give you store credit (in a digital gift card) to use whenever—free up to 6 months, processed as soon as your return package is shipped.

Repairs & Remakes
We’ll happily fix your pieces or update any personalization that wasn’t quite right—free up to 6 months for most items or 3 years for solid gold, processed 1-2 weeks after we receive your piece(s). Pricing varies on older orders.

For 14k gold fill, rose gold fill and sterling silver chains, we recommend polishing the metal once per month to remove any tarnish and keeping your piece away from harsh cleansers and chlorine. For 14k solid gold, feel free to wear whenever, wherever, as this heirloom-quality metal will never tarnish or fade. For more detailed care tips, check out our journal! 

If you want to wear your chains at a collarbone-length, we recommend the adjustable 15-17” length! From there, you can choose a longer 17-19” length for layering, or a custom length if you prefer something shorter or longer (up to 24”).
