Sizing Guide

Find a tool to use (string, dental floss, headphone cord, measuring tape if you have it).
Find the length by wrapping it around your neck and marking it (for pendants, imagine the jewelry lower, for suspended, it should be in line).
Check the length against a ruler or lay it out flat and measure with a phone app.

Exchanges
Need a different size, want to change your personalization or prefer a totally different item? Send it back and we'll give you store credit (in a digital gift card) to use whenever — free up to 6 months, processed as soon as your return package is shipped.

Repairs
We offer free repairs for up to 6 months (for most items) or up to 3 years for solid gold, processed 1-2 weeks after we receive your piece(s). Pricing varies on older orders.
