More premium than traditional gold plating, vermeil is an extra thick layer of real gold over solid sterling silver. We use 14k or 18k gold depending on the piece.

Perfect bracelet to fidget with
I wear this bracelet and I do exactly that when I worry! I fidget with it and it helps me get a little more grounded to do when my mind doesn’t feel calm! I have the worry stone necklace that I love too!
