Can I order this necklace with multiple birthstones or heart charms?

This piece includes one birthstone charm and one heart charm in the same color. To build your own necklace, see our Birth Flower Necklace and add on an individual Aura Birthstone Charm and Aura Enamel Heart Charm separately!

Can I wear this enamel charm in the shower?

This is genuine, hand-painted enamel, and extreme temperature shifts and water can damage the enamel in the long-term and introduce cracks to the piece. We recommend removing your enamel jewelry before showering!

How do I care for this piece of jewelry?

Since it depends on which metal you chose, see our care tips blog and help center for detailed instructions on how to care for specific metals and gemstones. (Spoiler: all of our pieces require very minimal upkeep and occasional polishing, and can basically be worn 24/7 if you keep them away from harsh cleansers, chlorine and chemicals.)

    I love this necklace! It’s nice and dainty so I can wear it everyday. When I originally received it, it was missing the gemstone charm. However, customer service quickly got that resolved and a charm was shipped to me very quickly!

    Beautiful necklace, great costumer service

    I ordered this necklace after my daughter was born as a present to myself. Originally, I was missing a few pieces from my order.
