More premium than traditional gold plating, vermeil is an extra thick layer of real gold over solid sterling silver. We use 14k or 18k gold depending on the piece.
More durable, scratch-resistant and affordable than its 14k counterpart, 10k solid gold offers a softer, subtler tone—ideal for those who prefer a less intense yellow.

These are quite small, but really cute. I don’t have a second piercing, but I wonder if it might be better suited to one. Still, I like wearing them, and appreciate that the little white sapphire adds a bit of extra pizzazz to the gold stud. The post is quite short which makes them comfy to wear even with over-ear headphones!
