    I love the earrings, but the hoops are too small and difficult to get off - I would like to return these or get them switched to a larger hoop for ease of use.

    Charm Breaks off

    The charm on my original pair broke off. I received a replacement from GLDN and three months later, the replacement breaks in the same exact spot. For the price, this is not the quality I expect especially since I don’t wear them to bed or in the shower. Hoping to hear back from GLDN but I’d steer clear from these earrings.
